I painted this of the PCA a few weeks ago. I set up on site, on Westford common, across from the PCA, behind that big rock the kids like to climb. I returned a few times as I needed the same lighting. It's always fun to paint on the common because I always meet cool folks while I paint, and see some interesting things I normally wouldn't notice. One of the days I shared the green with folks holding signs for an election. Another time I saw people being dropped off with groups each doing something on their phone. Turns out I caught an adult Pokémon Go group that meets certain days—who knew? It's the common which is for the people and I'm so glad we have such an area in our town where I can paint and others can do what brings them joy, too!
